  1. FIRST OF ALL go to settings there you will find any option named backup and reset , you may need to enter your patter, pin .

2.Under backup and reset, click on the factory data reset.

3. Now some information will appear on the screen, read them all after doing this touch the reset phone option 

4. If you have any lock, you will need to enter the pattern , pin or lock.

5.Now touch the Erase everything and it will erase all your data stored in phone memory including your phone apps 

6. When your device have finished erasing , select the option to reboot your device

After doing all the activity you will receive a setup message saying welcome.

Note:- Factory reset deletes all your data on phone memory including apps so if you have important data on the phone and don"t want to loose it for that you can shift all you data to your external storage like memory card .

3. Once the Android Recovery screen appears release the Home key, then while on the Android Recovery screen, press the Volume Up and Volume Down keys both at the same time.

4. Now you have entered in the recovery mode .Press volume up for moving up and volume down for moving down for selecting press
